prime data scoring
Blueprint's Prime Scoring model hones your acquisition fundraising efforts by identifying a segment of your larger ticket buying database who will perform better than average with your fundraising and marketing response rates to appeals, along with substantially higher donor gift sizes for first time donors.
With time at a premium and in an effort to tackle rising costs, anything we can do to focus our efforts on patrons who are both more likely to give or buy AND more likely to give at measurably higher amounts (their first gift to your organization) would be a plus: producing better results at lower costs.

How does it work?
Our proprietary scoring model uses (in different weights) your internal data of recency, frequency, and monetary value of ticket purchases, seating locations, and zip codes. The largest bulk of these patrons are single or multi single ticket buyers across the most recent 3 years.
We build a model by analyzing the performance of other donors, members, or subscribers over the most recent 2 years and apply similar characteristics to your larger database. Our model finds those households who meet similar criteria to those who previously performed at a higher rate of response and/or gift size. We're seeing about 10-15% of the larger pool being pulled into the Prime Scoring program.
We tier Prime Scoring prospects into 4 groups, so you can prioritize based on your campaign need and capacity for individual appeals.

What are the results?
Response rates (those who give or buy) being 2-5% higher than the larger pool. This is 2-5 more gifts or sales per 100 contacts.
Gift sizes from first time donors being 50%+ higher than the larger pool (e.g. $201 on the larger pool, $315 on the Prime Scoring prospect pool)
